The online store provides any product with delivery service.

Delivery from our store is free within the city.

Immediately after placing your order, you will be contacted and an agreement will be made with the manager of the Delivery Service.

ATTENTION! Adding an incorrect phone number, incorrect or incomplete address may result in a delay! Please check your personal information when registering and placing an order. The confidentiality of your personal information is guaranteed.

Delivery time depends on the time of placing the order and the availability of goods in stock:

if the order is confirmed by the Delivery Service manager before 12:00, the goods can be delivered the next working day from 10:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 20:00;
If the order is confirmed by the Delivery Service manager after 12:00, delivery of the goods is possible the next working day from 15:00 to 18:00.

You can also set any other convenient delivery time and your order will be delivered at a time convenient for you. Other delivery times, as well as delivery times to residential areas of the region, are determined by agreement with the customer.

Delivery address
Delivery is carried out to the address specified when ordering. If the goods need to be delivered to another address, please inform the delivery service manager, who will contact you directly after placing the order.

Rules
After delivery, you will be provided with all the necessary documents for the purchase: goods, receipts and warranty card. When purchasing for an organization, you will be provided with an invoice and receipt for your organization to stamp. The documents sent to you by courier are final and the courier has no right to adjust the price. The cost of delivery is indicated in the document in a separate column.

ATTENTION! Before purchasing a product, check all the technical parameters and consumer characteristics of the purchased product with our manager. The duties of the Delivery Service employees do not include consultations and explanations related to the consumer characteristics of the product. If there is a need to install a product purchased in our store, you should inform our manager about this. Upon delivery of the ordered product, check the completeness of the product, its working condition, compliance of the delivered product with the description on the website, and absence of mechanical damage.
