Guarantee

One of the important parts of our online store is the certification of the goods sold and the provision of a manufacturer's warranty for it.

To provide warranty service you must:

  • a correct, undamaged and completed warranty card indicating the product model, serial number, date of sale and sales organization seal;
  • document confirming the purchase (invoice);
  • full set of products.

Please note that before receiving the order and paying, it is important to check in the presence of the courier that the goods are defective (scratches, cracks, etc.) and that the packaging is complete. Claims regarding these issues after contacting the courier will not be accepted.

Warranty service is not provided in the following cases:

  • if the warranty card is lost or incomplete
  • the equipment was unofficially brought into the territory of Azerbaijan
  • if the product is mechanically damaged or has signs of tampering
  • when factory seals are broken
  • in case of violation of operating, transportation or storage conditions
  • unless repaired by authorized repair center personnel.
  • when using non-original components
